The work on this project consisted of installing storm sewer pipe and structures south of 25th & Amidon for the City of Wichita.

Austin Bluffs Parkway Bridge Over Cottonwood Creek

This project required Wildcat to construct a new single span 160’ long x 50’ wide Bulb T (BT84) Girder bridge over Cottonwood Creek in northeast Colorado Springs.

City of Wichita Valves Removal & Replacement

Wildcat Construction was chosen by the City of Wichita to remove and replace four (4) 54'' butterfly valves on the raw water lines from the well fields into the city's water treatment plant.

Colbert Hills Golf Course

Colbert Hills Golf Course was a collaboration between Jim Colbert’s design, Jeff Brauer’s architecture, and Wildcat Golf’s expertise in golf course construction. The course spans over 300 acres of the Flint Hills. There are over 100 bunkers and acres of water hazard. The course is the home of Kansas State University Golf and is ranked the #1 public golf course in Kansas.

Concrete Silo Foundations – Oxbow Calcining

The work on this project consisted of removal of pavement and installation of several sets of spot footings and pavement for foundations of material handling towers as well as construction of a mat slab foundation and pedestal style foundations for the new silos.

Emergency Water Treatment Plant Repair

Wildcat Construction was chosen by the City of Wichita to make an emergency repair to a leaking 66” diameter raw water line into the city’s water treatment plant.

Emporia River Intake Site

This project consisted of building a new retaining wall after removing the existing retaining wall that failed.

Fish Passage

This Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) project located in Fountain Creek in Fountain, Colorado was to build a fish ladder to help a threatened species of fish make the trip over the existing dam structure.

Flint Hills National

Flint Hills National is an award winning 18-hole championship golf course. The course was designed by Tom Fazio, constructed by Wildcat Golf, a subsidiary of Wildcat Construction Co., Inc. Wildcat Golf utilized its specialized equipment capable of managing the placement of 1 CYD of dirt to thousands of CYDS. The course included over 2,000,000 CYDS of excavation on its majestic 240 acres. There are approximately 24 acres of water hazard and 67 bunkers, and 5,673 trees were planted during construction.

I-35 Bridge Demolition over Abandoned Railroad, near Blackwell, OK

The scope of this project was to eliminate two structurally deficient bridges on Interstate I-35.

KSU Soccer Complex and Football Practice Fields

Wildcat crews worked with Mid-America Golf to complete the new KSU Soccer Complex and football practice fields, which are replacing the old football practice fields.

As a missing piece to Wichita’s new Airport Terminal construction “jigsaw” project, this small paving job was essential to assure that one of the air carriers had access to their designated jetway.

Standby Power Generation Facility - Cheney Pump Station

Wildcat Construction built a Standby Power Generation facility for the City of Wichita at the Cheney Pump Station.

US 60 over Bois D’Arc Creek and Overflow, Kay County, Oklahoma

Oklahoma State Highway 60, just west of Ponca City, was a four-lane divided highway running approximately one mile west of the city limits.

US24 Emergency Box Culvert Repair – Waldo Canyon

This project was let twice prior to final award. Each time all bids came back over the engineer’s estimate and budget. It was then let as a Stream-Lined Design Build. The Wildcat/Parsons team was selected because of our proposal to construct the replacement concrete box culvert (CBC) as a precast structure rather than a cast-in-place unit.

Valley Pointe Golf Course, Valley Center, KS

Wildcat Golf constructed a golf course for the Valley Center Recreation Commission, which had a limited budget. The project used a design build contract in which Wildcat was responsible to design the course and construct it within the limited budget.

Ventech XTL Oklahoma City, LLC

Ventech XTL Oklahoma City, LLC’s selected site for the development of a gas-to-liquids plant was adjacent to a large landfill in northwest Oklahoma City.
